Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Generally delivery to the greater Columbus, Ohio area is included.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.​

Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the event location.

Q: What forms of payments do you take?
A: Cash , Check or Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Simply call us and let us know. There is no deposit so you’re not out a dime.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: There is no deposit required. We trust that you’ll go through with your rental or let us know if you need to cancel.​

Q: When is payment due?
A: Apex Amusements does not require any deposit. Payment in full is due at the time of delivery.

Q: What payment terms are accepted?
A: We accept cash, money orders and cashier’s checks. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card are also now accepted. We also accept purchase orders.
